OBJECTIVES

Bring the conference into the virtual world to create a successful hybrid event

Create a seamless, user-friendly and interactive online event experience
FINAL PRODUCT
A Spatial.io event space consisting of a main lobby and two distinct areas; one for exhibition booths and the other for poster presentation rooms.
Each room housed interactive and educational content, such as videos, posters and images, for attendees to view.
BRINGING THE IDEA TO LIFE
We created an online event space for the 2023 TCEF Conference, welcoming over 15k+ attendees over the course of the conference.
Using our in-depth knowledge of Spatial.io and Unity Engine, we focused on the technical and artistic implementation of the event space and assets. We successfully translated the client's concept images into a user-friendly, seamless and interactive online event experience.
